Complete Initial Setup
After signing in, you'll see a setup wizard. Enter your basic information and dialysis schedule (number of daily exchanges, typical times, and solution strengths).
3

You're ready to go! Select today's date and start logging your exchanges, vitals, and wellbeing data.
Daily Tracking

Here's how to log your daily treatment data for the best tracking experience.

1
Select the Date
Use the date picker at the top of the dashboard to choose the day you want to track. The app defaults to today.
2
Log Each Exchange
In the Exchange Tracker section, click each exchange button. Enter the time, solution strength, and drain volume. If you skipped an exchange, check the "Skipped" box. Click "Save Exchange."
3
Record Your Vitals
Enter your blood pressure, glucose, temperature, and weight in the Daily Vitals section. Check the "Daily Medications" box if you took your prescribed medications today.
4
Complete Wellbeing Check-In (Optional)
Expand the Wellbeing Check-In section to log swelling, sleep, energy, nourishment, and mood. This helps you and your healthcare team spot patterns over time.
5
Add Notes
Use the Notes section to record anything important - symptoms, questions for your doctor, changes in routine, etc.
Pro Tip
Log your data right after each exchange while it's fresh in your mind. You can always come back later to add vitals and wellbeing data.
CSV Bulk Import

Already have historical data in a spreadsheet? Import it all at once using CSV files.

1
Open CSV Import
Click the menu icon (☰) in the top right, then select "CSV Bulk Import."
2
Download Template
Click the template button for the data type you want to import (Exchanges, Vitals, or Medications). This downloads a CSV file with the correct format.
3
Fill in Your Data
Open the template in Excel or Google Sheets. Fill in your data following the example format. Keep the header row unchanged.
4
Save as CSV
Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file (File → Save As → CSV format).
5
Upload and Import
Back in the app, select the data type, choose your CSV file, and click "Import CSV Data." The app will show you how many records were imported successfully and list any errors.
Date Format
Dates must be in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2025-10-26). For booleans, use true or false (lowercase).

Add Medications
In the Additional Medications section (under Daily Vitals), click "Add Medication." Enter the medication name, dosage, frequency, and any notes.
2

Troubleshooting

Having issues? Here are quick solutions to common problems.

I can't see my data
Make sure you've selected the correct date using the date picker. Data is organized by date, so you'll only see entries for the selected day.
My changes aren't saving
Check your internet connection. All data is saved to the cloud, so you need to be online. If you're online and still having issues, try refreshing the page.
CSV import shows errors
Check that your dates are in YYYY-MM-DD format and that all required columns are filled. The app will skip rows with errors and show you exactly what went wrong.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in page. You'll receive a password reset link via email.
